Fixed Live Loop output setting not changing when stereo forum link

Fixed bounce not working forum link
Fixed summing the internal stereo of a mono track to a mono output
Fixed DSP to USB option not always working
Moved DSP firmware version to Settings menu
When adding plugin, if current folder contains no plugins or presets, open DSP root folder
Sorted plugins into folders by vendor, including an all vendors folder
Added file info (F1) for plugins in file browser
Added ability to assign DSP parameters to A&B buttons

Hey Everyone.
There will be a livestream this evening to give you a tour of the DSP card, an update on self-installation, how it works etc.
A 'quick start' guide if you will.
The actual documentation is not quite ready, but should be this week so the live stream will get you started.
Post installation, you need to also update the S2400 firmware which is now available on the forum.islainstruments.com
(yes, this firmware is for everyone, not just DSP card owners)

aaaand we're golden...
I've got 4 virtual instruments running, along with a bunch of effects and our latency is down to near zero.
DSP release candidate 1 is going on the cards now and I'll be up all night!!!!!!
